The service

Byvoro is software that analyzes a seller's own eBay sales records and presents buyer intelligence, inventory analysis and suggestions. It is provided by the operator of this instance ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be the seller whose data you import or connect, or authorized by them.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per shop. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your responsibilities with eBay

• You remain bound by eBay's User Agreement and policies. Byvoro helps you understand buyers; what you send to buyers, and how you use coupons, campaigns and offers, is your decision and your responsibility.
• You will not use information from Byvoro to contact buyers outside eBay, to send unsolicited marketing, or to share buyer data with others.
• Drafts and suggestions are generated by software and may be wrong. Read them before acting on them.

Our responsibilities

• We handle data as described in the privacy policy.
• We never act on eBay on your behalf without a feature you have explicitly turned on, and never send messages to buyers without your action.
• During the beta the service is provided free and "as is". We will give notice before introducing charges, and you may cancel before being charged.

Third-party services

eBay's API and, if you enable it, Anthropic's API are governed by their own terms. Byvoro is not affiliated with eBay or Anthropic.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app.
